5. Still Learning
As I said, I’m fresh. I’ve got a lot more lessons to learn in the line of work before I’m ready to take over the world. But in just ONE year, I’ve gone from not knowing about copywriting at all, to building a portfolio, to getting an internship, to concepting in the war room for the biggest campaign of 2020 as a junior copywriter. I did that by observing, learning, and listening to those willing to teach me. I’m not looking for a mother or boyfriend or loyal imaginary friend, because I already have all that. I want to work for a company that will inspire me.
If I did all that in one year, imagine where I’ll be in two. Hopefully, with you at your agency writing about the concept of world peace…or something like that.
